It was truly a pleasure to act as exclusive leasing agent for Angelina’s Kitchen. Our focus was to find a location that was centrally located and had ample space to create a comfortable dining experience. The Crossings, adjacent to the Staten Island Mall was a perfect fit.

As a restaurant leasing specialist, I enjoy matching a restaurant concept with a space where it can flourish. Doing so requires a special skill set acquired over time. Government regulating agencies are becoming increasingly more stringent about equipment, layouts and hours of operation in order to ensure public safety. Working with a real estate agent who understands those requirements and who understands the demographics of trade area can save both restaurateurs and property owners time and money.
